You have a bout a half a second delay comparred to other players so if they have probably like 50-100 ping, they have the advantage by 0.4 seconds, so if you both shoot a deadly shot at the same person at the same time, because of your .5 second delay, they will kill first, you have to be .4 of a second to shoot at the same time and .5 of a second faster to kill
